The User agrees to use the Site and any data, information, material available within it exclusively for lawful purposes, in accordance with these legal notices, remaining entirely at his or her own expense any liability arising from unlawful use of the contents and/or violation of any regulations.
The use and navigation of the Site and the enjoyment of its contents, materials and/or services take place free of charge, unless otherwise expressly stated.
CHANGES AND DURATION OF THE SITE’S LEGAL NOTICES.

- Even after the cessation of the use of the Site, the provisions of these legal notes regarding:

law applicable to the contract and its execution;
jurisdiction to hear any disputes.
- In the event of future services offered for a fee and/or sale of medical products, prices will be made known to Users, with 30 days notice published through the pages of the Site, changes related to features/limitations of services and/or prices of the same. In such a case, the User may withdraw from the paid service within the next 30 days of the notice, without any additional charge or cost. In the absence of notice of withdrawal, the changes will be deemed accepted by the User user.
PURPOSE OF THE SITE
The Site does not represent a newspaper and/or scientific journal in the field of health care and is for informational purposes only and to offer cardiac monitoring goods and services.
The information and materials contained therein are available free of charge, but should not become the subject of economic exploitation by third parties.
What is published within the Site does not, in any case, have the character of periodicity and therefore does not constitute an “editorial product” within the meaning and effect of Law No. 62/2001.
DISCONTINUATION AND SUSPENSION OF THE SITE.
Heart Sentinel srl reserves the right, at any time, to interrupt or suspend, temporarily or permanently, access to the Site or individual pages or content thereof.
The User acknowledges that, for such operations, Heart Sentinel ltd. shall in no way be held liable to users or third parties.
CONTENT AND COPYRIGHT.
The entire Site, including its component pages, ideas, logos, trademarks, trade dress, content, audio/video materials, and more generally any other creativity related to the Site and services, are the property of Heart Sentinel srl
The logo is a registered trade mark and its use must be specially authorized by the company
Such materials may not be reproduced, used or represented by Users, except in cases and within the limits expressly recognized or in cases and within the limits permitted by law. The User is granted a non-transferable right to use the Site and/or services, limited to private, non-commercial use.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY.
The Site is offered “as is” and without any warranty as to its operation.
You acknowledge and agree that Heart Sentinel Ltd. shall not be liable for delays, malfunctions in the performance of the Site.
THIRD PARTY WEBSITES AND CONTENT.
The Heart Sentinel srl in compliance with current legislation and established case law, allows the publication of links (links) of the Site. Strictly forbids, however, framing to its pages, that is, the incorporation of a web page within another site, with impediment of the recognition of the authorship of the contents.
APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION.
These Legal Notices and the relationships between Heart Sentinel srl, owner of the Site, and Users are subject to the application of the laws of Italy.
All disputes that may arise between Heart Sentinel srl and Users, connected or otherwise related to the use of this Site (and related contents, materials and services) are reserved to the Italian jurisdiction and exclusive territorial competence of the Court of Parma.
