General information: what data do we process?

2) Purposes of the processing, legal basis, data retention period and nature of the provision of data
Your personal data will be processed in accordance with Article 6 of the Regulations for the following processing purposes, specifically:
(a) to follow up on your request.
When we process your data to follow up on your request we will take care to use the minimum necessary information, and exclusively for the following activities:
Handling product and service information requests
Conclusion and execution of a purchase contract
Request for technical support on the operation of the device and/or App
Without the requested data, (a) we will not be able to execute your requests.
(b) to comply with a legal obligation, i.e. to exercise the rights of the Controller
The processing of the user’s data will take place to give effect to legal obligations (i.e. to carry out activities of an organizational, administrative, financial and accounting nature) to which the Company is obliged in accordance with national and EU tax provisions.
The Company may also process the collected data in order to exercise one of its rights, such as the right of defense in court.
3) Data retention time
Personal data will be processed for the time strictly necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in point two. With regard to personal and contact data, until consent is revoked where provided and as well as for the time required by law.

5) To whom will the personal data collected be communicated?
Data of a personal nature provided will be shared with subjects, who will process the data as data controllers (Art. 28 of EU Reg. 2016/679) and/or as natural persons acting under the authority of the Data Controller and the Data Processor (Art. 29 of EU Reg. 2016/679), for the purposes listed above.
Precisely, the data will be shared with:

• freelancers, firms or companies as part of assistance and consulting relationships;
• competent authorities for fulfillment of obligations of laws and/or provisions of public bodies, upon request.
  Any list of Data Processors may always be requested from the Data Controller.
• Does Heart Sentinel srl transfer data outside the EU? At present, personal data managed through the site and strictly related to the purposes mentioned in point 2, are processed in Europe. If this is instrumental to the pursuit of the Company’s purposes, the data may be transferred abroad to companies based both within and outside the European Union. In this case, the Company undertakes that the Data will be treated with the utmost confidentiality by entering, if necessary, into agreements that guarantee an adequate level of protection and/or by adopting the standard contractual clauses provided by the European Commission.
  7) What are your rights?
  You may assert your rights as expressed in Articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21 of the EU Regulation 2016/679 by writing to the company’s regular e-mail address (PEO) info@heartsentinel.net . You have the right, at any time, to ask the Data Controller for access to your personal data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and portability of your data, if applicable.   Without prejudice to any other administrative and jurisdictional recourse, if you believe that the processing of your data violates the provisions of EU Reg. 2016/679, pursuant to Article 15 letter f) of the aforementioned EU Reg. 2016/679, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (Supervisory Authority www.garanteprivacy.it).
  8) Changes to the privacy policy
